Refund & Return Policy
This Return and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the procedures for both product purchases from vending machines and the purchase of vending machines themselves through our mobile application under the name Fraxotic (the “Application”). This policy is applicable to each person (the “User” or “you”) using the Services.

1. Return & Refund Policy for Products Dispensed from Vending Machines

Return Policy:

- No Returns Accepted: All products sold or dispensed by Fraxotic (including our affiliated merchants and distributors) are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Once a product is dispensed or sold through our vending machines, it cannot be returned for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product or an error in the selection of the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will generally not be provided for any transactions. However, we may consider refunds in the following specific cases:

1. Money (or equivalent wallet money/points) was deducted, but the product was not dispensed. 

2. Money (or equivalent wallet money/points) was deducted, but the wrong product was dispensed.

If you experience any of the issues mentioned above, please contact us within 72 hours (or 24 hours for perishable items) of the transaction to claim a refund. Please provide the following details:

• Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Transaction details (Transaction ID, date, product name, and price)
• Machine location and ID
• A short description of the issue faced

Claims can be submitted via email at wecare@fraxotic.com or through the Fraxotic application.

Refund Modes:

• If your claim is approved, we will refund the amount or equivalent wallet money/points to the original payment method.

2. Return and Refund Policy for Vending Machine Purchases

Return Policy:

No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns of vending machines under any circumstances. Once the purchase is confirmed, the sale is considered final.

Refund Policy:

• No Refunds Provided: Refunds are not available for vending machines once the purchase has been completed. This includes:

  • No Refunds for Initial Deposits: Any initial deposit or full payment made towards the purchase of a vending machine is non-refundable.
  • No Refunds for Operational Issues: Any issues related to the operation of the vending machine should be addressed through our support and service channels, but they do not qualify for a refund.

Warranty and Support:

  • Warranty: Your vending machine purchase may include a warranty, as specified in your purchase agreement. Please refer to the warranty terms for details on what is covered.
  • Technical Support: We provide technical support to ensure your vending machine operates as expected. Please contact our support team for assistance.
